What is the Life Safety Tracker System®?
Life Safety Tracker Systems® is a customized software solution for fire barrier management program (f-BMP).
The LST is .net application utilizing a back-end SQL. In laymans terms, records are stored up in a cloud and can be accessed from anywhere, 24/7.
It is a living database - meaning that each life safety record contains a history of activity.
With the LST, all fire barriers with locations and detailed photographs can be tracked, documented, remedied, and updated on new and existing projects.
The LST includes a permit module so that above ceiling permits can be created and managed, minimizing non-compliant violations by the Trades.
